How Does an Amazon Prime Membership Work?

Try Amazon Prime

I’m not sure what I did before Amazon Prime. Well actually, I do know: I had to pay for shipping and then wait a ridiculously long time to get my orders! Blah! If I had to go back to that, it would be like reverting back to a rotary dial phone & ditching my cell phone! Here’s why I think Amazon Prime is the coolest thing since sliced bread:

I am in love with Amazon Prime for 3 very specific reasons:

  1. FREE 2 -Day Shipping! {Sometimes my stuff even arrives the next day}
  2. I can order an item and have it shipped to my Mother {or anyone, anywhere else} for FREE!
  3. Tons and Tons of FREE movies and FREE eBooks!

I signed up for Amazon Prime last November and I have not looked back since. The benefits far outweigh the annual fee hands down.

What is Amazon Prime Membership?

Amazon Prime is a membership program that gives you and your family unlimited fast shipping, such as FREE Two-Day shipping to street addresses in the contiguous U.S., on all eligible purchases.

Amazon Prime members in the U.S. can enjoy instant videos: unlimited, commercial-free, instant streaming of thousands of movies and TV shows through Amazon Instant Video at no additional cost.

Plus, Amazon Prime Members who own Kindle devices can also choose from thousands of books — including more than 100 current and former New York Times Bestsellers — to borrow and read for free, as frequently as a book a month with no due dates, from the Kindle Owners’ Lending Library.
